After the sidetrack to improve the foundations, we are pleased to announce the launch of DeBear Fantasy Record Breakers! At first you can take on the legendary hockey records – 50 in 50, the 51 game NHL point streak and 138 point AHL season, but as the MLB, NFL, Formula 1 and Speedway Grand Prix seasons start then we'll be adding some of their records, from the legendary 56 game MLB hitting streak to 10 fastest F1 laps in season.
We are now pleased to complete the re-work project and launch the updated DeBear Sports. With all sites now using the new and improved platform, the previously planned projects will continue and be launched in due course.
To improve the performance, stability and security of our sites, we have paused the planned development of our projects to re-work the underlying platform. As a more complex site, the DeBear Sports work is on-going, but the improvements of our other sites is complete and now live.
DeBear Fantasy Record Breakers lets players take on a variety of well-known and mythical sporting records – DiMaggio's 56 game hitting streak, Gretzky's 215 points in a season, Dickerson's 2,105 rushing yard season or Vettel's 9 consecutive wins. Using real-life sporting events, players can select which of the 15+ games they want to take part in and build streaks or cumulative totals to challenge – and maybe better? – history. More details will be announced in due course.
After almost a year's development, we are finally pleased to announce the launch of DeBear Sports MLB! Focusing on the same information as our other major league sub-sites, we present daily schedules, scores, player stats and team information.
Expect some more Fantasy Sports related content to be announced soon!
Next on our list of Sports sub-sites is Major League Baseball. Using the general framework built for our NFL, NHL and AHL offerings, we'll be adding MLB schedules, scores, teams and players! Stay tuned for more info in the next few months.
